Poetic Movements and Projections at the Theater Erfurt

The Woman in the Moon is a contemporary dance theater that combines movement, multimedia projections, and poetic imagery. The performance invites you to perceive dance not just as a sequence of movements but as a visual and atmospheric experience.

The focus is on the interplay of body, space, and projection. Movements meet digital images, while poetic scenes open up individual associations and interpretations. This creates a stage world where reality and imagination meet. The piece is aimed at all who wish to discover contemporary dance and unusual forms of theater.

Part of the International Dance Theater Festival

The event will take place at the STUDIO.BOX at the Theater Erfurt and is part of the 10th International Dance Theater Festival. The special venue provides a fitting framework for a staging where proximity, projection, and movement play a central role.

The Woman in the Moon combines dance expression with multimedia elements and poetic imagery. Instead of an exclusively narrative theater form, the audience can expect a modern performance that communicates through visual impressions, physicality, and atmosphere.
